EcoDuct and NABERS UK Energy for Building Ratings

A significant step forward for performance-based energy benchmarking has just been announced.

CIBSE Certification has confirmed that NABERS UK Energy for Offices ratings can now be used to demonstrate compliance with the operational energy requirements of the UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard (UKNZCBS).

This means that achieving high NABERS ratings - including the 4.5-star threshold - can now directly support Net Zero compliance for existing and new office buildings and other properties
